Appointments & New Patients

Please call the office to schedule an appointment. The answering service will kindly assist in scheduling a next available appointment.

New patient appointments are 60 minutes and include an interview as well as physical examination and lab work when indicated. For more complicated conditions, additional interview and examination time may be necessary and patients may be asked to return for an additional 30 or 60 minute appointment.

Initial insights and treatment recommendations are typically provided after the first visit, however further impressions and treatment planning may occur with additional information and/or observations over ensuing appointments.

Standard follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes in length, however longer appointment times are available and maybe be necessary. The follow-ups will include a review of progress and treatment effectiveness as well as psychotherapy and physical examination or other testing and modification of the treatment plan where indicated.

Before your first visit, we ask that you download these forms, fill them out completely, and fax them to us at (512) 327-7701, or or mail to the office PRIOR TO YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT so Dr. Silvertooth has time to review these prior to meeting you.

These are received confidentially and only seen by Dr. Silvertooth.
